With my 78th birthday
coming up next month, I am moving so much slower these days and I feel like it
is going to take me forever to finish the CitraSolv® mixed media eBook I am writing.
This is the table I set up for laying out the finished and proposed projects.
It is overflowing with content and supplies. Just when I think I am coming to
the finale I am inspired by something I see elsewhere, such as YouTube or
Pinterest. I ask myself how I can use this with my CitraSolv® techniques.
Needless to say posting on my blog or Facebook is the last thing on my mind.
In my first eBook I made all of my
stencils, but I am using a lot of purchased stencils in this eBook. There are
so many wonderful ones on the market now how can anyone resist? Of course I
still make some of the simpler ones myself, but it is so much easier to buy
them online.
The chapter I am working on now is about
using gesso with the CitraSolv® papers. I love all the things you can do with
it and I am having a lot of fun thinking of ways to incorporate it in my art.
I wish I could share what I am doing
here, but that would just be a spoiler, so back to the studio and creating.
so so cool!
