Say it with Art.

I has been awhile since I posted on my blog. Now I have decided this might be a good time to write about things that are currently occupying my thoughts even if it is not of interest to anyone but myself. I recently took an abstract figure class using the iPad Pro. Although I have been creating abstract figures for years I liked the idea of learning about apps I had not tried and it was fun to be part of a group. The class became a spring board to my other digital art and collage.

I also belong to the iColorama- MetaBrush apps Facebook group. These apps are very challenging and I am amazed at what can be achieved with them. With the abstract figure class fresh on my mind I decided to use these apps to see what I could come up with. I guess the current political unrest that has been bothering me found its way into my art. I was not intending this piece to be a political statement, but as concerned woman, I really believe it is.

Making Slideshow Videos

video

As I get older everything takes a little longer and more effort to do. As many of you probably know I have written another eBook using CitraSolv®. I am totally fascinated with the textures and other things I can do with CitraSolv® and I love sharing my techniques in the form of eBooks. It’s my art instructor mentality. I made promotion videos for my other two eBooks, but I really dragged my heels on this one. It turned out to be a lot shorter, but some say it’s a good one. What do you think?

You can learn more about this new eBook at www.artistebooks.blogspot.com , or to purchase go directly to my Etsy shop

BTW you don't have to have CitraSolv® to benefit from the information in this eBook!
